- Take a mirror and look at your lip – if you see any vertical lines at rest, your lips are unprotected and you need help ASAP.

Check if there are any lines running into the border of your lip – if ‘yes’, then it means your lip is unprotected and you need protection within the next 3 – 6 months to prevent permanent lines.
